Liangyou silo Engineering Co., Ltd, located in liyang city, JIANGSU province, China, which is one of the most professional supplier of steel farm and commercial storage bins/silos. Life span of our grain silo is about 20-50 years.
A complete grain storage system includes silos, elevators, conveyors etc. It is used for storing grain such as wheat, corn, paddy, rice, sorghum, barley, sunflower seeds, peanut etc. The storage system for grain is widely used for rice mill, feed mill, flour mill, poultry plant and so on.
Silo structure
1. Silo Roof
Roof is made up of radial beam, steel sheets, roof vent, ladder, hanhole, safety handrail, roof cap, etc.
2. Silo Body
Include the wall plate, column, manhole, roof ladders, silo door and so on.
(1) The wall plate
Our steel sheet is hot galvanized, which makes it durable and weather resistant. Our advanced bolts with spherical washer and the resisting-worn rubber are used to ensure the tightness and using period.
(2) Support Column
The column, made by the Z-bar, is used to reinforce the silo body. It is connected by junction panels.
(3) Silo Door and Roof Ladders
There are inspection door and ladders inside and outside the silo body. It is convenient and accessible for any maintenance work.
3. Hopper Silo Bottom
Including steel leg, laces for steel leg, ventilation net pipe and so on.
Small Hopper Bottom Silo (from 5t to 50t)
Hopper and legs are made of galvanizing steel;
Big Hopper Bottom Silo(From 50t to 1250t)
The hopper are made of carbon steel sheets,legs are made of H beams.it can be paint or hot-dip galvanized after processing.
Installation
The installation of silos can be carried out by 3 ways.
*If the client wants to install silos by themselves, we could offer detailed instruction, and give our quickest response to deal with any question in the process.
*We could also send our engineer to supervise the installation process. The client could find local workers for the installation work and our engineer will help them during the process.
*If the client needs, we could send our installation team for the whole installation issue.
