2BV2 liquid ring vacuum pump

2BV2 liquid ring vacuum pump is single stage liquid ring vacuum pumps/compressors, it is inmonoblock design with direct-coupled motors. It is mainly used to extract and pump all dry and moist gases, mainly air and air/vapor mixtures, which are not flammable, explosive or corrosive. It offers capacity of offer capacity from 27-110 m3/h. Its suction pressure can achieve 33mbar (abs) 

Based on original Siemens Elmo design, we upgrade port plate and impeller material to SS304 for cast iron pump and it obtain better performance and reliable operation. All the pumps are 100% performance tested before shipment.

To meet requirement of different power supply, we can supply motor in 380V, 400V, 440V and 525V with efficiency standard IE2 and IE3. We offer same outline dimensions for bolt-on replacement and equivalent performances with original Nash Elmo pump.
